Ivan Chai - also known as rosebay willowherb - is a caffeine free tisane that is hand harvested and processed at the Kinnettles Tea Garden. It originated as a traditional Russian infusion around 13th century. It has the appearance of a deep coloured semi-oxidised tea and has a mellow taste similar to zucchini with a citrus top note. Only 5kg is harvested each year.
